A responsible approach to sustainable fashion!

Aware of the responsibilities and challenges facing the world today, we all have a role to play as manufacturers or marketers of textile products, footwear or accessories. We are therefore committed to a global approach to responsible development, with the ambition of becoming a reference company in the market. This commitment is implemented through several priority areas of action.

Environment-friendly materials

LWG leather

We work with certified Leather Working Group tanneries. This certification ensures compliance with European regulatory standards and the application of advanced environmental measures during the tanning of leather and the production of finished products.

Chrome Free

80% of the world's leather production is chrome tanned. We are very sensitive to this use and carry out systematic tests with our partner suppliers in order to guarantee the maximum authorized acceptance threshold.

For your comfort, we make sure that a maximum of leather in direct contact with the skin (lining, sole) is "Chrome Free", i.e. from a tanning process without heavy metals.

And to go further in our approach, a large majority of the planks of your summer sandals are guaranteed in vegetable tanned leather.

Recycled materials

In order to limit the depletion of our planet's natural resources, we have chosen to include more recycled materials in our collection. Also the elastomer soles are progressively going to recycled elastomer and some of the firsts of our offer are in regenerated leather.

No to fur!

We have been committed to animal welfare for many years and refuse the use of fur in our collections. We therefore guarantee 100% synthetic fur.

Short circuit manufacturing to limit our carbon footprint

In order to limit our CO2 emissions resulting from transport between our partners, we develop ranges in close import / short circuit (in Europe: Italy / Spain / Portugal or in Euromed zone: Tunisia).

Our transports are exclusively made by sea and road, which excludes the use of air transport, very impacting for the environment.

A more sustainable consumption!

We offer a new life to pairs of shoes with micro-defects by putting them on sale on our website at reduced prices. These products meet our quality requirements in terms of use and comfort, but until now they never had the chance to reach your hands! Find them here.

Packaging

To comply with the regulations of the Environmental Code, we display the Triman logo on all our packaging. This sign is a regulatory obligation to inform the consumer that the product or packaging must not be thrown away in the residual household waste garbage can, but must be sorted or taken to a collection point.

Our partners

Committed to a more circular fashion

Every year, more than 500,000 tons of fashion items end up in the trash in France: unstuck soles, outdated pairs, faded t-shirts, jeans with holes... Les Tropeziennes par M.Belarbi is committed to Redonner to fight against this textile waste and to integrate the pieces you no longer wear into a circular logic! Boots, sandals, sweaters, blouses, we take back all your pieces, whatever the brand or condition, to give them a new life.

And to reward your gesture, we offer 10% discount on your next order!

The preservation of the environment

Since 2021, we have chosen to support the French association "Vivre dans la presqu'île de Saint-Tropez" (VPIST), which is committed on a daily basis to the preservation of the environment and the coastline in the gulf of Saint-Tropez and its surroundings. Through specific operations we contribute financially to the development of local projects. Each season, we take another step forward in this process of continuous improvement.

We count on your commitment to move forward together towards a better world!
