How do I place an order?
It's super easy :-) Follow these four steps to place your order:1/ Choose your items
You have two options:
Use the website's search engine (in the top right-hand corner of your screen) to search for a specific item or product.
Or browse our category sections in the top left-hand corner of the screen.
Select the items you want by choosing your size, colour and quantity and click "Add to basket".
Once you've checked the contents of your order, click "Proceed to check-out".3/ Fill in your contact details:
1 - If you're a returning customer, log in to your account.
1a/ If you're a new customer, create an account.
2/ Check your billing address and add a delivery address. If you'd like your order to be delivered to a different address, untick the "Deliver to the same address" box and enter your delivery address. You can save this new address to your address book. Manage and see all your addresses in your "Address book".
3/ Click "Place my order".
You can choose home delivery, or delivery to a pick-up point. Don't forget to provide a phone number.5/ Pay for your order:
Choose a secure payment method, accept the general terms and conditions of sale, and then select your payment method: debit card, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Visa Electron, online bank card.
Once your payment has been received, you'll be sent a confirmation email with a summary of your order.
How do I use a discount code?
To apply a discount code, enter the code in the "My discount code" box in the top right-hand corner of the "My basket" page, and click "Apply".
How do I know my order has been safely received?
When you confirm an order, an order confirmation message pops up on the screen. You will then simultaneously receive an automated order confirmation email with a summary of your order and delivery details. You can track your orders at any time by logging in to "My account" and clicking through to the "My orders" section.
02. My payments
How do I pay for my order?
We only accept bank cards: debit card, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Visa Electron, online bank card.
Are payments secure?
Enjoy peace of mind when you shop on our website. All purchases made via the lestropeziennes.fr website are secured and protected with the SSL protocol.
What is 3D secure?
3D Secure is a secure online payment protocol that ensures the bank card used to make an online purchase is being used by the actual cardholder.
If your bank has signed up to 3D Secure, an extra step is required upon payment. As well as providing your bank card number, expiry date and the three-digit security code on the back of your card, you'll also be asked for a password or single-use code sent to you by your bank in real time by email or text message.
Please note: if you are asked to enter a 3D Secure code and you don't receive an email or text message from your bank within seconds of making your online payment, this probably means the contact details your bank has for you are incorrect or out of date (if you've changed mobile phone number, for example). In this case, we invite you to contact your bank directly to update your details.
When will my order payment be debited from my account?
Your bank card is debited as soon as you confirm the order.
03. My delivery
What delivery options do you offer?
The lestropeziennes.fr website gives you lots of different delivery options:
- Colissimo for delivery straight to your home or an address of your choosing. Please note that if you won't be available to take receipt of your order on delivery day, your package will be left at the post office closest to your chosen delivery address.
- Colissimo or Espace Cityssimo for collection at a post office or PickUp network shop.
- Express Chronopost for delivery to the address of your choosing. Please note that if you won't be available to take receipt of your order on delivery day, your package will be left at the post office closest to your chosen delivery address.
- Mondial Relay network for delivery to a partner pick-up point.
When will my order arrive?
Once you've confirmed your order, it takes 24 to 48 hours for the Tropeziennes.fr logistics teams to prepare your order (excluding weekends, bank holidays and busy periods such as sales).
If you choose So Colissimo, the entire process should take five to six working days (excluding Sundays and bank holidays). You can track your delivery using the tracking number sent to you by email once your order has been dispatched. Simply head over to
If you choose Chronopost and you place your order between Monday and Friday at 2:00pm, you will receive your order the next day before 1:00pm. If you place your order between Friday after 2:00pm and Monday morning, you will receive your order on Tuesday before 1:00pm.
How much does delivery cost to France?
If you use So Colissimo, delivery is always €5, irrespective of whether you choose delivery to your home, a pick-up point or a local shop.
If you choose Chronopost, delivery costs €10.
If you choose Mondial Relay, delivery costs €3.
Do you ship outside France?
The lestropeziennes.fr website gives you the option of choosing delivery to the European Union.
We ship to the following countries: Belgium, Spain, Luxembourg.
Delivery times and prices are as follows:
- Shipping costs: €20
- Order processing times: One to two working days
- Shipping times: Seven working days
- Total order and delivery times: Eight to ten working days
How do I track my order?
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, we send you a dispatch email containing a tracking number you can use to track your package on the Colissimo or Chronopost websites.
04. My returns
Can I exchange items?
We don't do exchanges. If you'd like to swap your shoes for a different pair, you'll need to request a refund and place a new order for the new items.
How do I return my items?
Log in to "My account" and head over to the "My returns" section. Click "Submit a return request" and choose the right order number. Select the item(s) you'd like to return and then confirm your return request. You will then receive an email confirming your return request complete with your return number and a label to stick on your package.

What are your terms and conditions for refunds and returns?
If you exercise your right to withdrawal within a 14-day period, you will only be refunded for the price of the item(s) you purchased, in addition to any delivery costs, upon receipt of the returned item(s).
The returned item(s) must be in perfect saleable condition (unworn, undamaged and clean), in their original packaging, along with any original accessories and a copy of your invoice.
The item(s) must not have been used for an extensive period of time (no longer than a few minutes), and must not bear any traces of prolonged use extending beyond the time required to try them on. They must be in perfect saleable condition.
Refunds are credited to the bank card used upon ordering within 30 days of the item(s) being received by Les Tropeziennes par M.Belarbi.
If the items are not in perfect saleable condition, the return shall be refused.
How long do I have to submit a return request?
You have 30 clear days from the date on which you receive your order to submit a request for refund.
When will I be refunded?
Refunds are issued no later than 30 days following the date on which returns are received.
How do I find a store near me?
The "Retailers" section in the top right-hand corner of the screen allows you to check a list of our stores as well as a store near you via a geolocation module.
Do your items run large or small?
We recommend choosing your usual shoe size. However, some of our designs run a little bigger or smaller: check our sizing and fit guide for each design. And don't worry if you aren't entirely satisfied with your order: you can always request a refund.
07. My customer account
How do I set up an account on Tropeziennes.fr?
To create an account, click "My account" at the top of the screen.
Enter your email address, and click "Register".
Choose a password and enter your account details (surname, first name, address).
You will then receive an account registration confirmation email containing your log-in details.
What if I forget my password?
Don't panic! Simply click "My account" followed by "Forgotten password". You'll receive an email containing your log-in details.
